Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days of your purchase. We ship within the continental U.S. as well as to Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation order with tracking information about your shipment. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 days.

Here are a few things to note about our shipping policy:

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week.

• Orders placed on a federal holiday will be processed the following business day.

• Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking information. If you have not received this tracking information within 5 days of purchase, please contact us at orders@progressiveintl.com.

Returns

For products purchased directly from the Progressive International website, returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.

If you're not satisfied with a product purchased directly from progressiveintl.com and would like a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service team at orders@progressiveintl.com with your order number and payment information. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

If a Progressive International product from any of our brands (Prepworks, ProKeeper, PL8, Prep Solutions, or SnapLock) was purchased from another retailer, the product must be returned to the original retailer. The terms of the return will be at the discretion of the refund policy of that retailer.
