Relish making SO easy!

I got this chopper to help with the onions, but I quickly realized that if I cut my cucumbers in half disks and sent them through this chopper, I could make relish SUPER fast. I used this and added red sweet peppers, too. Make sure you have the skin UP, and they will dice up perfectly.
Im back here to see if I can buy a bigger chop blade to add without buying a whole new set.
