Cheese Slicer

Different cheeses require different tools for cutting.  The Cheese Slicer takes care of two kitchen tools in one.  Like a standard cheese slicer it has a wire slicer for soft cheeses like mozzarella but it also features a stainless steel plane for medium and harder cheeses like cheddar and Parmesan.

• To adjust the thickness of slices for soft cheeses simply change the angle of the handle.
• Angled comfort grip handle keeps knuckles from hitting the cutting surface and allows you to slice all the way to the bottom.
• Dial on corner adjusts wire tension for cheese type and thickness.
• Comes with two extra replacement wires.
